The Northern Masonic Jurisdiction is celebrating the 50 anniversary of the Scottish Rite Museum and Library on Sunday, April 13, 2025 at 2:00 p.m.!

Founded to tell “a thrilling story-the story of America” the Museum of Our National heritage opened on April 20, 1975 with great fanfare. The museum was a Bicentennial gift to the nation from the Scottish Rite Freemasons of the Northern Masonic Jurisdiction.

In April the museum, now known as the Scottish Rite Museum & Library, will launch a year of special anniversary programming, including gallery talks, engaging lectures, new exhibitions and more to celebrate our fiftieth anniversary.

To kick off the celebration, on Sunday, April 13, 2025, the Museum will be rededicated, and two new exhibits, Protest & Promise: The American Revolution in Lexington, and Looking Back, Moving Forward: 50 Years of Collecting will open. If you want to attend, click the link below to register!
