Giving Tuesday a Success

On Tuesday, December 3, the Northern Masonic Jurisdiction held their Seventh Annual Giving Tuesday Telethon, “A Night of Charity”.

This two-hour telethon was held at Northern Masonic Jurisdiction headquarters in Lexington, Massachusetts, and live-streamed for the entire world to see. At 7:00 p.m., the show kicked off with staff doing interviews of those that our efforts have helped in the past.

Thursday Night at the Rite On-Demand

While Season Six of Thursday Night at the Rite doesn’t start for another month, Supreme Council has recently announced more details that are sure to get you excited! First off, not only will this season include lesser performed degrees, but it will include the newly revamped 24°! Formerly known as Brother of the Forest, Brother of Tolerance focuses on the journey of a Native American joining the craft.

Second, the degrees will be more flexible this season with Degrees On-Demand. The regular airing will take place on the designated Thursday night, however members will have seven days to view the degrees at their leisure.

Last weekend the Family Life Committee hosted the Valley’s annual Children’s Holiday Party at the Burlington Marriott. 181 Brothers and their families from across the state came to ring in the holidays together while enjoying the performance of a magician, live music from a DJ, and even a visit from Santa Claus himself! If you’re interested in attending next year we encourage you to keep an eye out on these newsletters around October so you can secure your tickets as soon as possible.
