This month, Supreme Council held an awards ceremony for the Valleys of Excellence. Our Presiding Officers were in attendance to receive the Valley of Boston’s second consecutive Valley of Excellence Award from Sovereign Grand Commander Wheeler and Illustrious Deputy for Massachusetts Inglis!
The Valley of Excellence program started in 2020 and is designed to recognize Valleys that recruit, engage, and retain members, that develop leadership within their ranks, that complete administrative and financial operation goals, and that give back to their community through philanthropy. These actions help Valleys retain and grow their programs.
This last year, the Valley of Boston scored 103 points, well above last year’s 93 and over the 100 point perfect score threshold. Come check out the award next time you’re in the office, and hopefully next year we can keep up the momentum and get another perfect score!
